Coco Palms at Keaukaha ocean community
project broke ground on the construction and development
of the model unit and infrastructure. We had a
successful Land Blessing with beautiful weather
and all the team members who assisted us with
the project. Interest is very strong and we anticipate

Pacific Island Investments LLC has completed initial
design and implementation of the Coco Palms at
Keaukaha Community and signed a listing agreement
to sell the townhomes through Prudential Orchid
Isle in Hilo, Hawaii..

Pacific Island Investments LLC has been approved
by the County of Hawaii Planning Commission to
receive the required SMA permit to develop Coco
Palms at Keaukaha, 12-unit luxury town home community.
