Gilbert L. Barden - CEO/PRESIDENT

Mr. Barden is a successful real estate investor & developer who has spent the majority of his adult life in Hawaii. He has personally implemented and developed several multi-million dollar projects with a focus on strong community projects. With a focus on giving back and a strong inclination towards meeting the needs of the community, Mr. Barden personally invests in all developments when feasible.

Gil served in the Navy as a special forces operative and Intelligence Specialist IS2 (SEAL). His passions are Triathlons, Marathons, traveling and learning languages.

Mr. Barden has an Active Real Estate Brokers License (RB-19783) in the State of Hawaii.

Larry Higgins - Chief Design & Development Officer

Mr. Higgins is a licensed Architect in Hawaii since 1970. He has built and/or developed over 100 multi-family projects as well as retail, residential, industrial, mixed-use and urban infill projects. Mr. Higgins designs have one numerous awards in Hawaii including the Parade of Homes.
